Joshua is a total pro — smart, calm and with all the answers a customer might pose. The link-up with Lyft is also a real game-changer for me. Now is only if you still offered a freshly washed car post servicing, Toyota of Whittier would be the ideal dealership. But you’ve got an impressed customer anyway.
