Was told on the phone it'd be about 45 minutes to program 2nd key. Was told about an hour there. Ended up being 2 hours.

The staff was good and easy to work with. Our car has been in 3 time the first time the incorrect part was ordered,then the fenders bumper joint was repaired and lasted 2 days. We had it repaired again yesterday and it has separated again.

It’s interesting how your business treats us customers when we didn’t buy our vehicle from you. Because of that I’ll be going back to Rhinelander or some other dealership that wants all my business. You won’t help with questions, you say go talk to the salesperson that sold us the vehicle. Your customer service gets a minus. Plus, with my tire rotation, the mileage wasn’t even entered correctly. What else do you overlook.

There are too many people involved with a simple oil change. I should be able to bring my vehicle in, sit down in the waiting room and have someone find me if something comes up or when it is finished. I was very uncomfortable when I went to pay. The person took my credit card and ran it himself. I couldn’t see what was on the screen. I will never let that happen again. Very strange.

**** is the best. I was surprised that he remained me from my last visit to get oil change , especially, that my name is hard to pronounce. I like his level of professionalism.
