Overall a fantastic experience. Timely service. Everyone is super friendly. My only complaint is that they move my seat every time I'm there. I have to drive it every day and they drive it maybe 100yds. It's frustrating to have to find exactly where my seat is every time.

I have the worst experience and will most likely not ever be bringing my vehicle back to Toyota in Chippewa Falls as they were to do a very simple oil change and tire rotation, and they did not tighten down the proper parts and the oil leaked out all over my garage floor. It had to be towed back to the dealership, it was so irresponsible. I highly doubt I would ever trust anybody at your facility again. Then when I called to tell them about it, the person I talked to talked to me like I have no brains in my head guessing because I’m a female as soon as my boyfriend got on the phone boy, they had a different tune it. When we brought it in the day of the service, the service person we met with put our paperwork in the wrong bin so it took almost 2 hours to begin with to get this oil change done then they screwed the whole thing up. The whole experience was a disaster, and I suggest much better training for your technicians and your service professionals. Was never offered My money back, Additional oil changes just to try to get my trust Back in the Dealership It was around a very bad experience and I would not recommend Toyota to anybody at this point out of that location.
