**** was very helpful and informative. He gave me the necessary information that helped me make an informed decision.
Kayla was very attentive and told me about recalls that I needed to address. She set me up to get those remedies as well. Very satisfied!
Always a job well done at Markquart Toyota!
Everyone is friendly, service is good, and there is a comfortable lounge
I was impressed with the staff at Markquart Toyota. I had issues with my 2021 Prius. They evaluated the problem and came up with a weak battery.
I appreciated the work on my vehicle
All the service and office members are very helpful and care about customer satisfaction. Always a good experience.
Kaylee was excellent. Thank you for taking care of my tires today.
Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable
Our experience was a very good one! We had no complaints!
I appreciated that when there was a miscommunication regarding what services were required on my car Jack quickly corrected the problem. He provided me a loaner car and credited my bill for the labor. I felt that was a generous way of correcting the mistake.
**** far exceeded my expectations!!!
The young lady who handled my appointment did an outstanding job. She listened to my requests and looked at my past work done there and asked good questions. Very satisfied.
I love working with Jack he is great at his job and I trust him!!
You always do a great job!! So grateful we have the Highlander from you. Thanks
My husband had his truck in there for a brake issue, the communication was very poor, after they "fixed" the truck he called and I asked if the problem was fixed with the work they did and he said "I don't know" and my husband said well I'd like to know if the problem I brought it there for was fixed before I pay for it. He said I can take it for a test drive. This was at approx 10:15am. My husband never received a call back, ended up borrowing a vehicle to drive to Toyota with our kids, and waited approx 40 min to meet with Randy, to him say I haven't had a chance to take the truck for a test drive, and this is after 5pm and you guys close at 530, he took it for a ride, and said since he didn't have a comparison to how it was before he didn't know if it was fixed, so my husband loaded up the kids and took it for a ride, the problem was half resolved, the brake pedal wasn't going to the floor but the pedal is now very spongy, came back and relayed that to Randy, and he said that they fixed the pedal issue with the travel but as far as it being spongy he didn't have an answer for or ambition to rectify the situation, since, he said his shift was over in 5 min. He never offered a vehicle up for loaner as they had the truck for 2 days. He also stated with the pedal the way it was could be a safety issue, and my husband agreed, but that's all Randy said, there was nothing more that could be done, was not very happy with the customer service or communication or the effort in fixing the issue, he paid $334 for the tech to take the brake pads off and clean the slides and put antiseize on the slides and to only have half the issue fixed. Don't see us coming back for anything . ...
Jack Maher is the best advisor I have worked with. He makes me feel like he is always looking out for my best interest and gives me all of my options so I can make the right decision for myself. Whenever I need service done I will only schedule with Jack. Other advisors make me feel like less of a priority.
Calvin explained thing well and documented issues I reported that couldn’t be figured out and fixed.
I feel like I’m getting ripped off every time I go to a dealership for work. One service advisor says that if the diagnosis goes quickly we can put the remaining time towards actually fixing the vehicle while that never happens. Even something as simple as diagnosing a simple headlight shutter failure should not cost $115. And misdiagnosis of my bsm system, because there was some sticker stuck to the inside of my bumper costing me around $400.
