Jack was very attentive. He showed me pictures of the issue with my car & explained what needed to be done. After the repair, he suggested ways to prevent the issue from reoccurring and made sure my car was washed.

Markquart Toyota sent me a $10 off mailing and I forgot to bring it from home, which is an hour away, and Kaylee said I had to have that to get the $10 off my bill. I paid the full amount but it agrevaited me a lot. $93 dollars for an oil change is way too much. I’ve purchased more than 6 new vehicles from your dealership and to not accept my word that I received the discount mailing is just obnoxious! Maybe my Toyota will come from another city!

Making the appointment was difficult, very rude scheduler. Then we get there at the agreed upon date & time to find out it was not scheduled. (1 hr, 20 min drive). Staff was able to get us in , but a little worrisome for a bit. After that all was good.

I got to the dealership very early for my appointment and told them that I would just wait for my appointment time by reading in the waiting room. And it wasn’t even an hour later that they finished the service way before I thought would be possible. Thank you for the great service.
