It took 4 hours to run a code & flush a transmission. Too long! I was told it would only take 1 hour to flush the transmission when I made the appointment. I am happy with the results, but frustrated over the length of wait. This was not her fault.

My mileage was recorded wrong. It was recorded as 126,512 when it was 130,650. I hope this doesn’t screw up my maintenance light. Otherwise it was job well done!

First I was told that it would be a hour to do an oil change and tire rotation . A hour and a half later I asked the girl at the desk if it was done and she would check into it.I went back to the waiting room and 10 minutes later she came and informed me that yes it was done and that because of lunch hour things get mixed up. I sat an extra half an hour because the staff was on lunch .secondly I asked that when they rotate the tires and wheels if the could be careful to not scratch the wheels and they ended up getting scratched., if your service department is short staffed and it will take longer and my wheels may get scratched maybe you could let me know ahead. What’s up with service department ?
