Randy Jones tried to sell me a part (Driver side low beam connector) that should be covered on my extended warranty without a diagnosis. Had I agreed to this I doubt my warranty would have covered it with it being installed without prior approval from the warranty company or proper diagnosis. Had my wife, the one who usually brings her van to appointments, been the one there she would have gone forward with it and would have cost us the part plus labor. After diagnosis we needed a new bulb. Not pleased to say the least and very happy I was the one there today. Lucus Hanson

Jack Maher is a very good worker in my opinion. He knows what he’s doing, he would suggest to you if parts of your car is still okay and which needs to be replaced. These kind of workers needs to be recognized, and appreciated. Now I feel my cars in good hands if I bring it to Toyota Markquart. Good teamwork!

I was sold 70000 wear tread tires august 2022. I put 36000 miles on and the recommendation is to immediately change them. Got the run around with there is nothing we can do. He finally said Zach would call me. Will see how long that takes. But
