If they are going to clean the outside of the vehicle, don't half **** it. There was dirty hand prints on the door and half of the back window was clean. It's better to not clean it then do it only partially. For 105 dollar oil change,I expected better.

Went to pickup after 2 months and drove back home in a rental because of issues. Also asked for inside and outside detail and only received inside! Also tried contacting management played phone tag and never reached out again!! Have purchased 2 vehicles from there and have had them serviced there and only there but maybe have go somewhere else!! Will see what happens when I go pick my truck up!

I brought my car in for a chip to the windshield the second week in October. Pictures were taken and I was told that they would contact the windshield insurance carrier that we paid to have the additional coverage. I had to contact Markquart at the beginning of December because I had still not heard from them. They had dropped the ball and said that they would now submit to the windshield insurance company. I finally had my chip fixed on December 16. This was my first time buying from Marquart Toyota and I found the whole experience unacceptable.

Tamra was great and very patient and professional. I purchased new tires and when driving home to Birchwood, I received a low tire air pressure warning. After arriving home, I waited a couple hours and checked the tire pressure. One tire was at 31psi and the other three were at 32psi. I filled all to 35psi and checked them again in the morning. The air pressure held. Driving the next day, the warning light was out and remains out. I hope I didn’t damage the tires in any way driving with the warning light on. This situation had nothing to do with Tamra and the handling of our visit.

I am delighted that I brought my vehicle to your business today. I called yesterday hoping that I could get my vehicle in. My battery was dead and in a Prius that’s not good. So I charged the battery and headed out first thing this AM. They not only got it fixed, but cleaned as well. And I do mean “ cleaned”. Outside washed and inside wiped down. What a business! I have and will continue to be your loyal customer! Thank you.
