I feel like there was no communication between The two people I spoke to . When I made the appointment to begin with, I said I could stay with the car and the woman said it’s going to take up to 2 to 3 hours for it to get done. Then when my car was finished, I needed it somewhat needed to bring my car back to me because you don’t, let anyone use a rental car which is beyond ridiculous. I got told by Cheryl that I should’ve waited there for my car and it was only gonna take half an hour. Period I have dealt with her before and I never had an issue with her I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what but she wasn’t very friendly like she normally is. As long as I’ve owned my car, they have always brought the car to me due to not having a ride to get the car. I just wish the communication skills were better between people and that dealership. Unfortunately, I’ve heard a lot of ane coming from people that I know about how the service department is and the communication skills with them. A lot of people are going to a different car lot to get their cars fixed. They are also unhappy with how they have been treated. Hopefully you all can work together and get things in order. When I first bought my car, I was given a license plate. I had never gotten a call from anyone saying that I need to come in and get my license plate Out I was driving around for Over two months with someone else’s license plate. I They have all of my information all phone numbers to contact me and I never got a call about the license plate. I could’ve gotten pulled over and in a lot of trouble due to the fact that nobody knows what they’re doing. It upsets me because I got four other peoples after I got my car to buy cars from you. And I’m still getting treated like crap for some reason. You guys really need to work on letting people have Rental cars for when cars are getting worked on.

When my vehicle started burning oil at 70,000 miles there was no recall for oil consumption. Now that I have 130,000 miles I'm told it's not covered cause it's more than 100,000 miles. Thanks, now I have to replace the engine st my expense. I'll never look consider another Kia or Hyundai again.
