I was told my appointment would take 1/2 hour. When I arrived, I was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. I did speak to the Service Manager who seemed not to care that my time was wasted & that I was not happy with the way I was treated. All in all, it was a pretty unpleasant experience. I could have rearranged two other appointments that afternoon had I been provided accurate information at the outset.
