I requested that a wheel bearing be replaced. The tech diagnosed it as a rotor issue that needed to be replaced. Once the rotors were replaced the vehicle drove wobbly. The service advisor advised that the wheel bearing needed to be replaced. Some of your techs don’t know how to properly diagnose an issue. This caused extra time and money on my part. I also don’t appreciate the way my daughter was treated by mandating that suggested replacements be done such as battery and new tires.
