The new system at Atlantic Toyota is fantastic. I would like to compliment my Service Advisor Lorraine Murray for learning and adapting to all the new changes the new system brought. The changes are wonderful for the customer but I'm sure the new software has been a huge learning curve for all of the advisors. Many thanks also to my technician Elias Zelaya. Please tell him that I appreciate that he keeps my car safe (my rotors were rusted out). My only comment is about the pictures in my report. They are small and when I clicked on them in my computer, they couldn't be made bigger. That has more to do with the new system and not with the Service Advisor nor the Technician. They were great!!!
