I set up the appointment with Mike for a LOF, tire rotation, and Ford factory recall. He kept me informed as the vehicle maintenance began until it was finished. No great surprises as there was one additional item that required maintenance. Mike appears to be a dependable service rep.

Easy to schedule online, new facility in Vernon Township very nice and an upgrade from the Baldwin Street location. When in Meadville I always get my car serviced at McCandless, fair pricing, pleasant, helpful people and timely maintenance work.
