I brought the truck in to diagnose a transmission problem, only to find out they don't have a transmission specialist available. They read the codes but couldn't do anything else. Im not trying to be rude, but if I'd known this I would have taken it to a transmission shop.

Any other time I have had service, I always got a vehicle check up. I paid a lot more money this time, but didn't get the check up.
