The service department staff were very friendly, but the issue that we brought the Ford explorer in for was not fixed and is still not running properly. We still need to figure out how to solve the problem.

Have been c/o to Mike and Ray about this problem since buying car on 1/3/24.Kept telling me bring it back when it's doing it. You're not open after 6pm when I come home. I got angry and took a video of the problem when driving home from my son's.Took the video down on Monday,showed Andrew and he immediately scheduled me for Saturday.
