When I arrived yesterday, the service entrance was almost completely blocked by new trucks. I had to very carefully sharply turn left then sharply right to even enter the service garage. The service department said they have asked twice for those new vehicles to be moved out of the way. I then was in the waiting area 30 minutes later and heard them ask again as they still weren’t moved. Also, they had to re-enter our customer information as the new computer system they began using 3 weeks ago didn’t carry over our customer information.

The door handle that you were supposed to fix when I bought the car a year ago still isn't fixed the fuel tank filling probably is not fixed. Maybe there is a communication problem between what's wrong with the car and it not getting to the technician so they can properly repair the issue and then verify the problem is repaired.
