I've known Randol from another dealership we both worked for. He is a passionate guy & takes care of his customers. The only reason I brought my vehicle to him is cause I knew he and Pettus would get the job done hassel free. Great customer service, he called me every step to let me know what was what.

It was very frustrating waiting for the warranty company to approve these repairs. But Melissa tried to keep me informed as much as possible as to what was going on.. I appreciate the fact that she was able to provide me a loaner car during most of that time. She also thoroughly explained everything that was done to my car and made sure I understood it all.
