And it’s still not fixed even though it’s been in your shop MULTIPLE times!!! For long periods of time. Then you want to give me a **** and bull story about a freaking mouse nest?!?!?
Well , my car will never be at your establishment again, I will never recommend your establishment for anything and I have made sure that my friends and family and so on know just how horrible and shady your establishment is.

Scheduled engine oil change, resulted in paperwork showing wrong weight oil was used (5w30). Paperwork was reprinted for the second time, once I got home , I noticed the paperwork showed (5w20) oil was used. I called back to service for verification of what oil viscosity was used. Transferred me to parts, he explained to me that 5w30 was used. I told him my engine takes 0w20 oil !!! He then talked to the tech, technician said he used 0w20!
Seems like a lot of confusion from a service department (I’m unsure at this point with future services).

After fixing it the first time for it not starting, I got a tune up oil change and new brakes. A week later it brakes down. I have to pay for a tow. I spent more money for another part. Almost 3000 at you establishment. /nither 500 else where for my brakes. After it being I. Your shop several times I am told I need a new transmission. Mind you it initially came in for not starting. Now I sit with an unsafe car in my garage and 3500 on my credit card with nothing to show for it. I am disabled and on a fixed income. I feel like I should get my money back!!!! I won’t come there again and I won’t recommend you.

I will never go back to this dealership,nor send anyone else there. I dropped my just purchased jeep to the service department because of my service engine soon light coming on and off, that I had an appointment for. They had it all day and didn't do anything anything but put coolant in it and find the battery recall. They did not run the code for the light. Then they have me a disgusting loaner that smelled horrible and said they might have it done by Christmas. They told me they were gonna call me when the party was ordered and I never received a call. They had my jeep for almost 2 weeks. When they called me to let me know my jeep was ready, she failed to mention that I owed a 100 dollar deductible for the warranty I purchased through them.
Visit for initial oil change and tire rotation. Very knowledgable and personable staff. No waiting and quick service with great customer service.

Melissa was very accommodating, kind and courteous. She was hoping to have our van back to us by Friday or Saturday due to the holiday. But after finding the problem they were able to put in 2 new batteries and an oil change and have it ready for us in one day before the holidays.????
