It’s a lack of communication and information that left me unsatisfied. I was told the work called for three hours and I had an appointment for Thursday at 8:00am. I left the car and my phone number and said if they found anything wrong lemme know. I was told that would happen. At 4:00 I called to check on the car. I was asked if I could leave it overnight to which I said yes. I was told I would be called in the morning (Friday) and given information. No call was made Friday. Saturday I called to ask if the car was done or had been blown up or what. The guy (Sean) asked for a few minutes to get to the bottom of it. He called back and said it was ready for pickup. Still, no real details other than a report of the work we’d discussed and a line saying no issues. It just leaves me a little unsettled that it took two full days but there were supposedly no extra issues. And three charges were about a hundred dollars more than I was led to believe they’d be.

Estimate on parts was good , work was done in less time than expected , nice friendly waiting room.

KC went over & beyond to schedule my service to coincide w/ my schedule. She deserves a raise.
