When I said there was a loud noise that sounded like a shroud or something was rubbing, I expected my service tech and advisor to take the car for a longer than 6 mile ride. I was told they couldn’t reproduce the sound. Well, if they had asked me to ride along, maybe just maybe it could have been heard and dealt with.

Everyone in the service department and the entire dealership is always so kind, warm and welcoming. I never worry about the work being done or by whom. Alderman’s has a family vibe about it which is always genuine and comforting.

Excellent service and nice staff working hard to make ends meet in a tough auto market of late combined with a blue blue economy racked with high inflation across all economic sectors replete with high energy costs (auto, home, groceries, marketplace costs) et al ….down the line.
