The one thing that would be great is if the staff would give you a time estimate when they check you in. I just needed a defective headlight replaced, and though I did come without an appointment, it took more than an hour to pop in a new bulb. This is a 5 minute job. If I had known it would take almost an hour and a half, I might have come back the next day instead. Thanks

Derek did an excellent job researching an issue I had with 2023 Corolla Cross. It turns out the issue didn't generate the codes in the vehicle's computer system. He researched and discovered that there was a national Toyota Technical Bulletin regarding the start and stop system during the wiper operation. The vehicle was repaired by reprogramming the stop and start ECM

It was recommended to have my tires rotated. Sine then, since this morning, the truck now pulls left. I question if the rotation is a factor. The steering did not pull either way before the service this morning.
