I'm extremely pleased that you stood behind your product and word. Covering the service and parts because you sold a truck that said it had A/C when purchased in March. When it didn't work in May when I tried it, you guys stood behind your word and made it right.

Brought my truck in two weeks ago to have it diagnosed with some kind of exhaust leak worked with Todd took him for a ride. He then took somebody else with him for a ride. They diagnosed it as an exhaust manifold when I brought it in today at 8 AM I didn’t hear anything back so I called at four and they told me they left me a message 20 minutes ago, which I never got and that they needed another part a heat shield, which would take a week so nothing was done on my truck. I did receive a text at 9 AM so they did have my number But when I checked with them, they had my wrong address and assume wrong phone number my suggestion is to confirm customer‘s phone number and address before they leave. A little disappointed that it wasn’t diagnosed that it needed a manifold and heat shield on initial visit two weeks ago, but I scheduled another appointment and I will bring it in a week from Friday and we will try it again. I love you guys! Only slight criticism is that Derek said about an hour and it was more like two. Normally not a problem but I wanted to get home for my dogs

My car was there all day and never got in for oil change. If you don’t have time to do it don’t make the appointment.

He was very through. He called me to remind me of my inspection coming up and he was going to take care of that for me. They gave me shuttle service and I love that they dropped off my car at my work.

I spent 6hrs waiting there. Originally told only 2hrs max, then learned my rear brakes needed to be replaced replaced. Wasn’t made aware that the mechanic would be going on lunch and so extra time this was going to take to replace my rear brakes was lengthened. Messaged back with my phone to ask about an update, but didn’t receive any new information until almost an hour after.
