Jeb has always been caring and professional. He greets customers by their name, and listens to their concerns. He responds quickly to text messages and phone calls. He has always reduced my stress level caused by issues I’ve had with my vehicle. I’ve said it many times, but I’m saying it again, “Alderman’s Toyota will be the dealership where I go for my next vehicle, and it’s because of Jeb and his Team in the Service Center.”

I am happy with your service department and always feel that my car is in great hands. This was the first time I worked with Colby and in fairness to him, Zeb sets the bar pretty high with his consistency, professionalism, accuracy and overall being great to work with. Colby was very nice but not as easy to work with. When I came to check in, he asked some basic questions but was mixing up my answers. Ex: I needed a shuttle after work and he said he would arrange that for me, but he kept getting the time wrong. Ultimately, I had to call and ask someone else to arrange that for me. The other questions asked also had me feeling less confident that I was going to have the work I requested, done. He sent me all of the follow up documents and called to let me know my car was ready, but the docs were blank when I opened them and the price he gave me in his message was $200 more than the original quote. When trying to call him back to check on the information, I was unable to reach him or even a voicemail. It wasn’t until I called and ended up speaking to Zeb that everything came together. I could now see the doc and the winter tire special I was offered by Toyota was now showing. I am not unsatisfied by my experience, I think the service department is great. My takeaway is that Colby is still learning and getting into his job, we all start at a beginning, I think he has potential. My experience overall was a feeling that what I had ordered was not going to be what I received, but that was not the case. As mentioned, I think he was okay and will get there but I was not confident during the experience. I still end this with a thank you and appreciation for your service department. And I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience and wish the best to Colby in his learning process.

No issue with Josh's service, but when repairing my wheel bearings they broke the speed sensor which was working normally. The estimate to repair that is $500+ and you didnt have any in stock, so my dashboard is flashing all the lights and my cruise doesn't work until I get that repaired. I feel like my truck came out in worse shape than it went in, after spending $900 to fix the bearing. Is there something you can do to fix that?
Wednesday afternoon 3:00pm. The folks working were very up beat and happy. It didn't seem busy. Customers waiting for their cars. Alot of key players of the dealership weren't present. But I was happy with the good vibes I felt.

The service department went above and beyond in multiple ways to help me do drag crucial medical appointment the next day they did everything they could to get it fixed in time and they did! I really appreciated it not only their skills but they’re compassion as well for my situation
