Why did I spend an hour and a half to get my key fob replaced at the absurd cost of $323?! I had a key fob replaced in 15 minutes for a Suburu Impreza for only 15 to 20 dollars. What gives? This is robbery. I was thinking of getting a Toyota truck in the near future , but will instead be going to Heritage.

Yes, Sam was excellent very polite and knowledgeable, I also want to add that I am appreciative of the service department manager, calling me a few weeks back regarding an issue I had written in a survey, he explained to me very professionally that it was a misunderstanding, and I understood it, and accepted that as well that could happen to anyone I’m very happy to bring both of my cars to the service with you. Thank you.

Zeb Washburn provided outstanding service and communication. Of course we were less than satisfied with the reason for our service experience, a Toyota recall that ended up disabling our car for nearly three months for a backordered part, but this had nothing to do with the great service provided by Zeb and Alderman’s Toyota.
