You ever hear about those people that become a dedicated customers through a simple act? Today was the day, my drivers side seatbelt was hanging up and wouldn’t retract properly. I didn’t even mention it, it was my first time taking my truck to your dealership and I wasn’t sure if I was going to get nickel and dimmed for every little thing. Services was quick, the rep was kind and knowledgeable, even went through my trucks records to see if previous services had hit the points of concern. When I got back in the truck I took the truck directly to the free car wash you provided, when I got out to adjust the mirrors the seat belt retracted back without issue. That was the moment, that was the simple little act that told me everything about the quality of service I had received. Someone within that shop noticed a simple problem and took the extra time to make it right. They didn’t even mention it, didn’t even bring it up in the closeout. That speaks volumes and I will be back with both of my Toyotas for as long as that building stands.
