The staff is helpful, efficient, and personable! The car maintenance was managed very well- as always! When talking about the possibility of leasing was discussed I received enough important information to make a sensible decision about a possible vehicle Jane! The idea came from Toyota staff! I must apologize for not referring to staff by name because there were two outstanding Toyota employees- Mike and a co- worker who provided important decision making materials and education about how it all works- Because of certain illness issues my memory of important like the names of those individuals who do exceptional jobs is short and annoying! But the way the Service and Sales Departments are above par!

Colby and I discussed the multiple point vehicle inspection but I can’t see the multipoint inspection document that was done during the service. Did you change the software? Can I get this emailed to the email address I have on file?
