When it came time to pay for my service, I was handed a bill that was $140 above what I was told was going to be the cost, with no explanation. Derek was apparently unavailable, so I was left to speak with someone I hadn’t even met before that moment. When I informed him that I wouldn’t be paying the extra $140, he took the invoice and left the register area. He returned a few moments later with a newly printed invoice that showed a new line that read “Managers Discount” -$140. If a business can pad a bill 25%, and then remove 25% when the customer asks for justification of the increase, it tells me I don’t want to do business there again.
