I only have 31,000 miles on my truck. I believe that my power steering rack should be covered under warranty. I haven’t heard from anyone regarding that coverage. I have been a loyal customer and have bought or leased a number of Toyota trucks over the years and kept them serviced at your dealership. I think I should have earned the warranty coverage, by now, with my loyalty. It should be around $1500.00. Please let me know where we stand on this matter.

I have been a customer for a long time. I have so much trust in Alderman’s Service Dept, and am grateful for the outstanding customer service. I haven’t looked at my past couple of receipts, but I do wish that my agent would go over my multi-point inspection with me. It’s a reminder and makes knowing what’s ahead easier and often I can schedule my next appt accordingly. Not a complaint. Just something I’ve grown accustomed to and miss. Thanks!

I have a trusted mechanic that I have had for the last 35 years and have always had secondhand cars. I will be in the market for another car and when Tom Kingsley was at your establishment, I usually bought from him. I love Toyotas, Mazda’s, And generally Japanese cars. Everything inside works forever, but on Toyotas, they rust quickly. I think Honda and Mazda are a little bit heavier material. Your service department and business are very professional and a little more expensive than what I am used to.
