Derek was excellent and went above and beyond with helpful information regarding our 4-Runner’s service ,and interesting product development and that’s why we ourselves prefer, (and we tell everyone else, also!)to go to Alderman’s Toyota for great customer service and product!!

Too expensive to fix Also when I picked up the car they said I needed an oil change but they never called me to ask if they should go ahead and just do one since the car was already there Now I have to bring it in again
