I have a trusted mechanic that I have had for the last 35 years and have always had secondhand cars. I will be in the market for another car and when Tom Kingsley was at your establishment, I usually bought from him. I love Toyotas, Mazda’s, And generally Japanese cars. Everything inside works forever, but on Toyotas, they rust quickly. I think Honda and Mazda are a little bit heavier material. Your service department and business are very professional and a little more expensive than what I am used to.

Sadly, while the tech might have found an issue, it seems to have been unrelated to the noise or oscillation I reported. Other than that, all the people I interacted with were very nice and professional.

Inside windows were not cleaned well and the new key fob battery wasn't installed or the new rear wiper blade. I caught that before I left and a helpful man at the service counter installed them.
