I was very pleased today. Toyota stood behind their product again today. I couldn’t be happier about that. I understand having issues but it is all in how you deal with those issues after they happen. Once again Toyota has proven to me why I drive a Toyota.

This trip offered Alderman’s the opportunity to demonstrate the commitment to their customers. They get the highest praise for their response. I had an issue with my vehicle on returning home from a service visit. This rendered the vehicle inoperable. I communicated with Service department and they came to my home promptly and fixed the issue efficiently and took responsibility for doing what was necessary and more.

Honestly, I think Aldermans Toyota is pretty sweet. I mean let’s keep it real businesses can’t be 100% all the time but they really go the extra mile and try to be. Every time I have issues with my truck or need a regular service, they got my back. It might take them once or twice, lol but they’ll figure it out. I might already have drank a few, so please forgive me if I say anything to offend Aldermans Toyota. I bought my first Toyota there. I will buy another Toyota there it’s just that simple. When you buy a vehicle at Aldermans Toyota in Rutland Vermont, you’re going to get quality. When that vehicle needs to get serviced, you’re going to get excellent service. I mean they warrantee the hell out of the vehicles, so why not? Aldermans, you guys rock, but I want you to think about lowering the labor cost because that’s crazy! But whatever I will still pay it. Anyways, Toyotas rock and so does Aldermans. Check y’all later.
