Jacob was very kind and thoughtful as I got my oil Change and asked some questions about my windshield and pain chips on my rav 4. He brought the car out and gave me an estimate for a tow hitch and brought it over to me and my husband as we were finalizing a sale of a new electric with Mitzy. However, I was quite certain that my extra coverage package we purchased with the rav 4 covered windshield repair. When I asked about it, Jacob walked me through what coverage I had and said that it was not Covered. When finalizing our sale, I asked Matt to double check our coverage and he checked and said that it was in fact covered. How frustrating, my husband and I spent nearly 5 hours at Alderman’s today and now I have to drive back (1 hr each way) to get the windshield chip filled. Matt was very helpful And said he would follow up with Jacob and they’d give me a call, but just seems like he didn’t understand what coverage plans include OR the system in service didn’t populate the correct coverage plan. Overall annoying, but mostly doesn’t fill me with confidence that in the future I can trust alderman’s service to tell me what is covered and what isn’t.
