This isn’t about the job itself but I learned today that the first extra service plan I purchased when I bought the car is about to expire. This is fine of course but it was only brought to my attention by a new employee at my last visit that I had been paying for oil changes instead of utilizing the ones included in my service package. I was booking appointments online so I didn’t realize, however no one said anything when they reviewed what I was requesting. I find it a little disappointing that for as many times as I’ve brought my car in that it took this new employee to alert me to this.

Zeb was great. I look forward to seeing him next time. Hopefully a person or functional AI is reading this. Your automated notification system for check in needs attention. I simultaneously got 2 notices. 1) thanks for checking in status here link. 2) you failed to check in and missed your appointment. Maybe someone put 2 reservations for me in the system? This was of no inconvenience to me. I am providing feedback so you can investigate if so inclined. Thanks, --greg

The price quoted on the phone to me for replacing the two front struts and springs on my Sienna was $2200. Then I received the digital quote for $1600+. Then I received an updated quote with after market parts that was $1200. I called a couple of other places, they quoted me $500 for the same work (I just read them your diagnostic so it was accurate). We don’t know what’s going on over there, but this was a terrible experience, and it made us second guess the thousands and thousands of dollars we have spent at your dealership over the last 7 years. Needless to say, we are no longer customers of Aldermen Toyota. Please don’t take the time to tell us how we’re wrong. Be well, and best wishes to your organization.

Lisa usually is my service advisor and she is great, so I was a little disappointed that she didn’t come to check me in for my service. I could not have been happier with my experience with Zeb! He handled everything perfectly and reinforced why I continue to come to you for service even though I no longer have a warranty. Thank you Zeb!

Zeb and the rest of the crew had to press through a very stressful situation. The computers were out and the phone line was too. He pressed on and made sure that I was a completely satisfied customer.
