Your parts are way way too high$$$ I will not be using your service department any more. In fact I may be finished with Lexus altogether. $7,000 for an eom radio replacement in a 2015 is absolutely obscene.

Vahagen is the best auto service customer rep I have ever interacted with in the entire country. I have worked and lived in over 20 cities in the last 30 years, traveling almost monthly during that time, and Vahagen is the best. Thank you for always treating me with respect, always timely service and everyone at Lexus of Las Vegas was always kind, mindful, friendly and helpful.

Dropped off car around 1130, never received any updates, I called around 3pm to find out what was going on. Waited over an hour no call back , so I called again and waited on the phone with the operator who finally told me my car was not going to be ready till the next day. Went to pick up car the next day and waited over a half an hour to pay and pick up my car, which is ridiculous. I’ve had other cars and went to dealers for service and was always updated, I never had to call and follow up , your service advisors should be following up with me. I would think being more of an upscale car I would have received better service. This is my first time at a Lexus Service Center. Is this the kind of service you provide here?
