My visit was excellent. I was treated like a member of the family and I have no doubts that my vehicle was serviced by more than capable professionals. I enjoyed talking briefly with Scott, who sold me my Lexus, about my vehicle and life in general.

Joel treated me well and respected my time and got me in and out in 1 hour while I waited for my car to undergo service. In my journey getting serviced for my time here at Lexus was my interaction pulling my car up to the service drive way. I was not instantly greeted and stood around for 5minutes waiting. I was then told to stand by my car and wait to be assisted. I honestly was confused and this experience caught me by surprise from Lexus. I have been treated well by Centennial Toyota everytime when pulling up, I am instantly greeted and asked if I have an appointment and by who, which then been given instructions straight to their office/desk. Joel was great at the end of the day.
