My appt was at 8:00. My service person did jot address me until 8:20-8:25. Not quite sure why I made an appt. Please advise your clients that appointment times are not actually your appt. I needed to take my son to an appt that I was late to.
Also it was suggested that I needed brake pads. I am at 15,000 miles. Brake light not on. Hope my next service is better. I do like the car but service is important. My last car was a BMW. Never had this problem there. Thanks for asking for feedback.

Not completely satisfied. Not happy it cost almost $1k and problem is not fixed. This is something that could have been identified from expertise level cost of hour labor to identical it would need to go elsewhere. Feel like i wasted this money.

I was told yesterday around 4:30pm that my car was ready to pick up (service was for repairing 2 rims, wheel alignment, and clearing a maintenance code). As it was close to closing time, I said I would pick it up this morning. I drove 25 minutes to the dealership with my 2 year old, switched her car seat over to our vehicle, paid for the service, and then actually looked at the wheels and realized that none of our rims has been repaired—but the available repair packages were redeemed when I checked out. When I went in to speak with service manager, he called the tech who worked on our car and the tech said he hadn’t completed the work. I then had to move my toddler’s car seat over to the loaner vehicle again and drive another 25 minutes home. I do not understand how I received a call that my vehicle was completed, came in the next day, and the work hadn’t actually been done. I asked the manager if he could repair the other 2 rims for the extreme inconvenience. He said no. When the car was delivered to me, 3 of the 4 had been touched up which honestly just felt more annoying than just leaving it at the 2 I had covered by my tire care package. We’re looking to trade in our vehicle. The TX was at the top of our list, but I’m not sure we’ll be going that route and we certainly won’t be using the Sahara location if we do move forward.
We bought two new Lexus in 2004. Just acquired a used 2022 GX and needed warrantyservice. First service at Lexus of Las Vegas in years, perfect experience.
Everything was great.
It’s my first time coming into a Lexus for service, and it was leaps and bounds better than service at other dealerships.

After my car was at the dealership for more than a week for changing a burned amplifier it was replaced with a remanufactured one not with a new one. I expected a new amplifier as the dealership charged my extended warranty for almost $2000. On top, I have to pay an unexpected fee about $60 even if my deductible was $250. Not happy at all, I have been previously to another dealership in town for another problem with my RX 350 and I was charged only the deductible.
