Kay did an excellent job , your service folks the lesser said the better. She was not only able to resolve the issues from the mess the first time around but also do so with grace and humility. If I had to give one example of the inattentive work of the service techs my tires were inflated to 39 psi after I pointed out the first time that it was over inflated ! That aside in all seriousness your advisors have done great work and Kay is the best advisor I’ve had ! Give her a raise

Absolutely trash service after turning my car in and picking it up the check engine light went on and now I need to come back. My advisor was awesome though . Your service crew is garbage with a capital G
