Javier seems to really dislike his job and I can’t blame him. My car was returned to me with the key fob not working. I thought it was covered as part of the 75k service which I booked and came in for. I was convinced to get the 70k service which apparently does not cover they key fob. But the question is why was my car returned without discussion the key fob which doesn’t work. The text message system is very impersonal. I have no idea what a throttle pad is and why I need it “cleaned”. This is the first time the text system was used for me and it feels very deceptive. Lastly the website clearly states they the service department is open until 8pm. I arrived at 6:01pm and wasn’t able to pick up my car. When I showed Javier this there was no sorry for your inconvenience just a send me the link so I can show my manager.

I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and a check up. The car has 8500 miles. I had an appointment and the wait was much too long
