JSTIN WAS GREAT. HE answered my questions and made sure i understood the itemized recommendations relative to the repair of my car. He also went the extra yard to evaluate my master key to insure it was working properly. What more can i say? It was my first visit to the dealership and i was impressed.

I love our service advisor Javier but the service dept mechanic could have gone further in troubleshooting a couple of what I felt were warranty issues. The service director was more than courteous regarding listening to my concerns and agreed to follow up with those concerns. The adviser and director were great though.

What a terrific group of pro's. I'v owned 4 Lexus in last 31 years... love the line* Susan is fantastic, very knowledgeable and efficient. The tech people she referred me to were great. Now awaiting plates. No problems encountered whatsoever!

Still having issues with the lathe auto lane correction. It is not turned off. Also my wife says that she is still having issues with her phone connecting to the vehicle.

Tech indicated I had radiator leak. I declined $1000-ish repair. When I got home, I determined I needed a new radiator pressure cap. Service on my tire issue was excellent.
