Fellow who greeted me and took my keys was very nice. I called twice with questions and spoke with Ruby. She was great both times. When didn't know an answer went and found out.

Upon dropping off my car, I spoke to my service manager. Informed him that the "Lane Assist Light " came on while driving over. Also informed him that this has happened to me several times before whenever the car is real dirty. The car was very dirty today when I dropped it off. He said he'd have them look at it. I received a text with the video of the undercarriage and recommending replacing 1 strut @ $900 and the Lane Assist repair would be $1000. I declined any other repairs....went in to pay...voiced I didn't like the $900 quote....wasn't upset...just voiced my opinion. After squaring up on the bill I drove away and the Lane Assist worked again. As I said it may since the sensors and the car was very dirty from hwy travel though bad weather. So I feel like my concern about the dirty sensors and causing the Lane Assist to malfunction wasn't taken seriously and an unnecessary repair was attempted to be obtained so I'd have to pay another $1000 for this repair. When the sensors worked -- several times-- while driving home....I was convinced , yet
again-- that they were not faulty just so dirty that I received a notice saying it malfunctioned. Again....its happenned 2 or 3 times before ONLY whwn the car was very dirty after driving in snowy weather as I go to Colorado and Utah often.
