I was given an appointment on the same day, so thankful as we are going out of town, it took 2 days for the work completion but it’s ok as I was provided with a loaner car which made it so convenient to accomplish some errands and the experienced of driving a new Lexus was awesome. Thank you Mr V and thank you to Caesar as well and to the tech guys that worked on my car. I’m a bit disappointed do as this is a 2017 RX 350 and oil leak was a problem, it’s supposed to be a very reliable vehicle hmmm.

I have been taking my 2011 Lexus RX350 for regular service for 10 years at Lexus of Las Vegas. I always receive excellent customer service with a loaner when necessary. I know I will always receive dependable quality mechanical work on my vehicle. Vincent Camino is my "star" service advisor.
