We brought our 2018 ES350 up there to have the wheels fixed. I did not have my problem solved. I was told by “V” that your service manager couldn’t reach anyone at the Appleton dealership, Bergstrom, to arrange to have a $300.00 partial payment for having the “wheel rash” polished. Instead of arranging with Bergstrom how to get this done your service manager told “V” that I would have to make arrangements to have this done. He essentially threw the problem back to me. This is not the way I had expected I would be treated by a Lexus dealership. Respectfully, John DeCremer.
