Took way too long to get the keys back when the car was completed. The service adviser was busy with another customer for a half hour and nobody else could get me the keys. When I got home I noticed a lot of greasy hand prints all over the front hood and grill. My car was spotless when I dropped it off. Not impressed at all. Will have to find an alternative service place.

Interior floor mats missing after the car detail service. The "maintenance required soon" warning message was not reset after the premium 90k miles service.

Labor cost is unreasonably high. Diagnosis cost should be included in the maintenance service cost. The online appointment scheduling can be improved as my submitted comments were not seen.
