I appreciated the service I received from Bryce. He was a consumate professional. Don also engaged the transaction with sincerity and integrity. I felt most comfortable with my purchase. I did not appreciate the sentiments of racial bias I received from the east Asian woman outfront upon my arrival to the property. She appeared almost pensive, very unfriendly. I also did not appreciate the way the Hispanic woman (larger build), stared at me without speaking or any pleasantries, while I waited in the lobby for Don. Had I not been referred to the Don at this particular dealership, I would have left. I consider these two encounters wholly unacceptable! I believe that there should be some accountability on the part of Lexus. (Please excuse any and all typos)

Scott is awesome love his personality, friendly personality and always helpful. He is the BEST. Kay cash me out she is awesome and amazing. I don’t remember the service person that took the car . Caucasian lady short but Absolutely amazing kudos to Lexus of Las Vegas. My 2nd family ????
