Always a pleasure to work with Vaughn N. He is always listening to our needs and goes above and beyond to help us. We never felt pressured with all the work done but makes us understand the different categories and timeframes that needs it done so we can plan for them. Overall, always at home with Lexus! On the vehicle inspection report I indicated that I chose the Michelin Latitude HP tires to be placed, however, the tires that were placed on the vehicle were Bridgestones. Unsure why this happened.

My service representative Kay was friendly with a positive attitude. She also was apologetic to me because I had to come in for a second time. But at least they fixed my problem.
