I used an outside tire company because I couldn't get into lexus. They wouldn't fix my tire on the warranty because of this. Wanted to charge me 1500. I left and my lease was up so I went with another car versus lexus.

I’m upset they did not do a good job the auto service, rude, unprofessional customer service, they forgot to add brake fluid, they did not put back the cover for the air tires, and did not replaced the Smart key batteries. The service advisor name Scott Bechel gave me an unfriendly attitude to go elsewhere… I will also put this in my Yelp, Facebook, and IG. I want my money back for the services I’ve paid in advance along with my auto payment included.

Only had sun roof closed when a part came off. Service just closed it so we wouldn’t have damage done by an intruder. We’ll have it fixed at our dealer at home
