This is my second experience with this particular Lexus dealer, and both times the customer service was above and beyond. I had a very unusual situation, and everyone I spoke to was nothing but understanding and accommodating. Kay in particular was amazing at keeping me informed of my car’s status every step of the way. I’m so appreciative and grateful, and would absolutely recommend Kay and the entire team at Lexus of Las Vegas to anyone.
