I don’t recall meeting Lynn Munk. Nikka, Chris (sales) and Leo (finance) were courteous and professional throughout. Also very patient with me. Looking forward to soon receiving the auto we leased. Thank you

Kay was great. The waiting area is comfortable. The only additional thing I could’ve used was a recliner and glass of wine. But, I guess that’s what home is for.

Your staff should not tell me i need something and i dont. They they sent me an app that i have never used to let me know what i need done when i came there for an oil change. I don't like for people to take advantage of me especially Lexus. The worst visit ever.not sure if i want to do business there again. Im so disappointed

My car went if with power Brake failure- was told that engine had crank position issue. Wanted to charge me 7K. Engine only had 130K miles.
