My feedback to my Lexus service to Las Vegas Lexus experience was unsatisfied the fuilds weren’t top off like it said in the sheet of paper of receipt and they didn’t reached out to me about replace the cabin air filter where they just left an note on the paper saying driver took key and just left the cabin air filter I had to go to a car shop to get it replace and paid $50 for a shop to change it for me cause I paid you guys to change but you guys didn’t do that part of the job and just called me and sent a video of my tires being low on tread and I feel like u just paid $383 and some change just pretty much for an oil change I feel very unappreciated customer .

I was a little disappointed they’re supposed to close at 4pm I rushed to get there and arrived at 4:03 the guy I talked to only said sorry everyone is gone !!! And he walked away I had things I needed in my car very important to my clients luckily one of the sales reps helped me Danielle she let me get what I needed and was on my way

Detailing was a lazy job. Floors, cup holders, and door compartments not vacuumed well. Streaks on rear view mirror, water spots on side mirrors. Door sills very dirty, AC vents dusty.
