I’m actually very disappointed with what transpired. After having my car for one whole week, your technicians didn’t bother to completely place my engine cover back on properly. This has resulted in unknown damage to my vehicle. I will text you a timestamp picture. My car has NEVER had such a problem with it. I ask a manager contact me immediately tomorrow morning to discuss the problem
